Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Stapa: Habit Streaks app (“Stapa”), made by Thijs Lowette. They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If the two conflict, these terms win for anything between you and us.
Using Stapa
Stapa is free. You may use it for your own, personal habits. Please don’t reverse-engineer it, abuse the feedback board or challenges, or use them to harass anyone.
Not medical advice
Stapa helps you keep habits. It isn’t a doctor, coach or therapist, and its suggestions, including those written by AI, aren’t health, diet or medical advice. Listen to your body and to professionals before starting anything strenuous.
What you post
You own what you write. By posting on the feedback board, you allow us to show your post to other Stapa users and to use your ideas to improve Stapa, without owing you anything. We may remove posts that are abusive, off-topic or share someone else’s personal information.
Your data
Your habits and goals are stored on your iPhone and in your iCloud, as described in the privacy policy. Keep your iCloud backup on if you don’t want to lose them; we can’t restore data we never had.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Stapa reliable, but it’s provided as it is. Streaks can break because of bugs, iCloud outages or a dead battery, and we can’t be liable for lost streaks or what follows from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Changes and ending
We may update Stapa and these terms; we’ll change the date at the top when we do. You can stop using Stapa at any time by deleting it. These terms are governed by the law of Belgium.
